Reiki Level 1 & 2 Training Weekend – Northampton (May 16–17, 2026)

Awaken your natural healing abilities in this transformative weekend of Reiki initiation and training. Whether you’re beginning your journey or deepening your practice, this immersive experience will guide you through the foundations and advanced techniques of Reiki - empowering you to bring balance, peace, and healing into your own life and others’.

This will be a small and intimate group to ensure personal attention, deep connection, and an energetically supportive environment for everyone.

What You’ll Learn

Day 1 – Reiki Level 1: The Foundation of Self-Healing

A beautiful introduction to Reiki and energy awareness. You’ll awaken your natural healing flow and begin understanding the subtle energies that shape wellbeing. You’ll learn:

• The origins and principles of Usui Reiki

• Understanding chakras, aura, and energy flow

• Self-healing and grounding techniques

• Hand positions for full-body healing

• Guided meditation and your first Reiki attunement

• Practice: experience and sense energy flow by giving and receiving Reiki with fellow participants
  

By the end of Level 1, you’ll feel confident working with Reiki energy for yourself, loved ones, and daily balance. You will also receive a certificate upon completion.

Day 2 – Reiki Level 2: The Practitioner’s Path

Take your energy work deeper with sacred symbols, emotional healing, and professional guidance on offering Reiki as a service. You’ll explore:

• The three sacred Reiki symbols and how to use them

• Distance and emotional healing techniques

• Creating and maintaining energetic boundaries

• Practice: hands-on healing sessions with others to deepen your sensitivity and confidence

• Setting up your holistic business – from client setup, pricing, and insurance to ethical practice and creating your healing space

• Your second attunement, amplifying your connection to Reiki energy
  

After Level 2, you’ll receive your Reiki Practitioner Certification, enabling you to practice professionally in the UK or abroad.

Course Details

 Dates:

• Saturday, 16th May 2026 – Level 1

• Sunday, 17th May 2026 – Level 2

Timings:

Level 1 Saturday: 10am - 6pm

Level 2 Sunday: 10am - 6pm

Both days will include a 45 min lunch break, as well as shorter breaks at regular intervals.

At the end of each day there will be an optional extra 30 minutes for any additional questions and socialising.

• Café facilities available in town: Due to its central location, there are a number of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the studio. (Please note: lunch and refreshments are not included in the course fee.)

• Free onsite parking for both days (please let us know your car registration number in advance)

Prerequisites

• For Level 1: No prior experience required: Bring your wonderful energy. Open to all.

• For Level 2: Completion of Reiki Level 1 (with Akashic Tree or any certified Reiki lineage). Please bring your Level 1 certificate or confirm your previous training when registering.

Preparation & Diet Guidance

To help you receive the attunements with clarity and ease, we recommend a light, clean diet at least two days before the training:

• Avoid alcohol, caffeine, processed foods, and heavy meats where possible.

• Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and drink plenty of water.

• Spend time in quiet reflection, nature walks, or gentle stretching.

• If possible, reduce screen time and prioritize rest and hydration.

These small lifestyle shifts help align your energy body and open you to deeper healing during the course.
