Looking for a feel-good Thursday vibe in London? Join us for Flow & Feast, a laid-back afternoon picnic and flow arts jam session in the heart of Hyde Park - where movement, mindfulness, and community meet under the sun.
Bring a mat, your favourite snacks, and your curiosity. Whether you're into poi, hoops, staffs, juggling, or you're just here to vibe and connect - all levels are welcome, no fire involved. Just a bunch of fun, friendly people moving, talking, and sharing space.
Please bring your own flow toys and activities/ games and extra to share if you wish!
